Arkania Developments announced the opening of its new branch in the Sultanate of Oman as part of its strategy to expand regionally and strengthen its presence beyond the local market.
The company stated that this expansion aligns with its vision to support Egyptian real estate exports and enhance investment integration between the Egyptian and Gulf markets, while building direct relationships with regional investors.
Eng. Ashraf Mostafa, Founder and CEO of Arkania Developments, confirmed that the new branch represents a key step in the company’s long-term plan to strengthen its institutional presence in external markets and capitalize on investment opportunities in Oman.
The company also revealed that it launched its investment arm, East Hills, in Oman and Dubai in 2024 to manage its regional expansion within a structured corporate framework.
