Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly announced the launch of the “Floosy” application, the first fully integrated digital investment platform in Egypt, during his visit to the Cairo ICT technology exhibition.

The launch of the service to limit unwanted marketing calls in July 2024.
Issuing 5G mobile licenses in 2024 with major investments.
Launching the IPv6 strategy in April 2025 to expand internet capacity.

Allowing individuals to invest in more than 40 investment funds covering various categories such as gold, fixed income, equities, real estate, and technology.
Fully digital onboarding and activation via mobile phone, with 24/7 deposit and withdrawal services.
The main goal: supporting Egypt’s digital transformation, improving financial services accessibility for citizens, and enhancing the digital economy.
