The initiative aims to enhance the investment environment by streamlining regulations and prioritizing high-value technology-driven sectors, enabling faster growth for PropTech companies operating in Egypt.
The Golden License is designed to expedite project establishment and operations through a one-stop shop model, while offering financial and tax-related incentives, including procedural facilitation, selected fee exemptions, and simplified customs processes for equipment and software.
The Authority also emphasized its focus on supporting startups and strengthening investor dispute resolution mechanisms, reflecting improved operational efficiency and growing investor confidence.
