Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, issued five decisions to remove building violations on several plots of land under the authority of the West Port Said City Development Authority.
These decisions come as part of the Ministry of Housing’s ongoing efforts to preserve the urban character of new cities and prevent illegal construction activities.
The minister emphasized the importance of continuous monitoring by city authorities and immediate action against violations, alongside the enforcement of legal measures to ensure compliance with building regulations.
The violations included unlicensed constructions related to building heights, areas, and the construction of unauthorized boundary walls.
