Egypt’s Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities announced the start of delivering residential land plots allocated under the “Masaken” program, according to a predefined and organized schedule across several new cities.
The ministry confirmed that the delivery process targets beneficiaries of premium residential plots, as part of its ongoing efforts to regulate land allocation and meet the growing demand for housing opportunities in new urban communities.
Officials highlighted that the delivery schedule has been designed to ensure efficiency, transparency, and ease of procedures for beneficiaries, while supporting balanced urban growth and encouraging private sector participation in real estate development.
