The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities announced the first public draw for allocating small residential land plots under the Maskan Sixth Offer project across several new cities.
The ministry stated that the draw includes applicants who applied during the offering period, fulfilled the announced conditions, and completed the required payments, as part of the government’s plan to provide organized residential land in new urban communities.
Officials confirmed that the draw is conducted with full transparency and public oversight, under the supervision of relevant authorities, with attendance limited to eligible applicants according to scheduled dates.
This step comes as part of the Ministry’s efforts to meet growing demand for residential land, support planned urban expansion, and ensure equal opportunities for citizens.
