Madīnat Masr and WHEIJ Real Estate of Saudi Arabia have announced the establishment of a new joint-venture company called “City Dom”, aimed at developing a fully-integrated residential project within the Al Janādriyah scheme in Riyadh. This 50/50 partnership represents a strategic step for Madīnat Masr to expand its presence in the Saudi market while leveraging WHEIJ’s deep local expertise in real estate development.
The “City Dom” project seeks to introduce a modern, sustainable lifestyle concept, focusing on contemporary design, comfort, and a connection to local culture, aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 housing objectives.
Abdullah Salam, CEO of Madīnat Masr, highlighted that the partnership enables the company to create innovative urban communities that meet the aspirations of Saudi families. Meanwhile, Rashid Saud Al-Jadou’, CEO of WHEIJ, emphasized the importance of combining innovation with local experience to deliver a project that meets market expectations and reflects modern quality of life.
