MG Developments has announced the launch of VALO Hospitality, a specialized hospitality management arm, as part of a strategic plan to integrate real estate development with professional hotel operations through investments of approximately EGP 2 billion over five years.
Mohamed Motawea, Chairman of the group, stated that the new hospitality entity aims to maximize asset returns and diversify revenue streams while reducing the impact of seasonal demand on tourism-related projects.
VALO Hospitality plans to develop and operate six hotels with a total capacity exceeding 600 rooms and suites, implementing unified operational standards for leasing and management.
The company is set to provide integrated hospitality services across key destinations, including Ain Sokhna, with a focus on enhancing guest experience and delivering services tailored to various customer segments.
