The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities announced the assignment of implementing the latest package of urban development projects to a number of specialized execution companies, as part of the national plan to enhance development rates and modernize infrastructure across various Egyptian governorates.
The ministry confirmed that the projects being assigned include the establishment of new facilities and services aimed at improving the quality of life for citizens and meeting their basic service needs, noting that the selection of companies is based on technical criteria and high execution standards to ensure smooth project progress and achievement of set goals within scheduled timelines.
The ministry explained that this step is part of the integration between governmental bodies and the private sector, contributing to accelerating project implementation and optimizing the use of available resources, with ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with quality and engineering standards.
