Redminds Developments has officially announced a major strategic partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Al Warda Group, forming a joint Egyptian–Saudi real estate entity aimed at injecting up to EGP 20 billion in investments over the next three years.
The partnership’s first project will be “Raq Mall”, located in the Golden Square of New Cairo, with an investment value of EGP 4 billion. The development includes commercial, administrative, and medical units, designed with a blend of Arab architectural identity and advanced smart technologies.
CEO Mohamed Yehia stated that the collaboration marks the beginning of a long-term expansion strategy to establish a multinational real estate platform. Sheikh Ibrahim El Ateeq, representing Al Warda Group, expressed strong confidence in the Egyptian property market after thorough studies that confirmed its high investment appeal.
This strategic alliance is expected to boost real estate activity, enhance market competitiveness, create new job opportunities, and introduce innovative development concepts to the Egyptian market.
