Torasna for Heritage Development and Management and Brassbell Hospitality Group have announced a strategic alliance to develop hospitality projects in Egypt’s heritage destinations. The partnership aims to repurpose valuable historic properties into accommodation units that support tourism growth.
The alliance comes as Egypt recorded around 19 million tourists in 2025, while the state targets increasing accommodation capacity from about 220,000 rooms to support a goal of welcoming 30 million tourists annually by 2030.
The partnership combines Torasna’s expertise in developing and managing heritage assets with Brassbell’s experience in creating and operating scalable hospitality concepts. The objective is to unlock the potential of heritage properties while ensuring their long-term economic and social sustainability.
