Over 28 years of experience have shaped our philosophy: delivering consistent quality and long-term value is not an option — it is a commitment.
In 2018, our shareholders founded Gates Developments to fully control and enhance the entire real estate value chain — from concept creation and development to financing, marketing, sales, and comprehensive customer care.
We serve both individual buyers and investors, with our marketing team actively involved from the earliest stages of development to ensure that every project is strategically positioned and market-driven.

Our Track Record
Each of our projects is built around a unique concept — inspired by how life and work will evolve in the future, and influenced by advancements in business, science, technology, and culture.
With a forward-thinking vision, we launched our first project in the New Administrative Capital in 2018 — AUDAZ, an administrative twin-building development spanning 16,800 sqm in the Financial District.
This was followed by our first residential community, Catalan, developed over 40 acres in the heart of R7 in the New Capital.
Expanding westward, we introduced our iconic business complex Plaza Espana in Sheikh Zayed City, along with WestGate, a mixed-use medical, commercial, and administrative development.
Most recently, we launched VENIA, a modern residential community spanning 40 acres in R7, featuring contemporary apartment and villa designs.
