The tower’s design draws inspiration from traditional Middle Eastern architecture with a three-dimensional façade that references the classic Mashrabiya screen patterns.
It integrates residential apartments, office spaces, and retail/amenity areas under one roof, making it a true mixed-use urban landmark.

Residential Units: Around 168 apartments (one, two, and three bedrooms).
Office Suites: Approximately 117 office units (simplex and duplex configurations).
