The Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities held a meeting to review the execution status of the “Marina 8” project, attended by officials from the ministry, the New Urban Communities Authority, and the Tourism Villages Authority. The meeting reviewed current implementation rates in line with approved timelines.
The minister stressed the importance of adhering to scheduled deadlines and maintaining execution quality across all project phases, with continuous monitoring of ongoing works.
He also reviewed infrastructure works, including water, sewage, electricity, and telecommunications networks, as well as main and internal roads that have reached advanced stages of completion.
The meeting further addressed progress on Phase One of the “New Marina” lakes project, the “Bogaz New Marina” project, and development works at the Marina 5 entrance.
