MARAFY Project Overview

Marafy Project is one of the most ambitious urban developments in Jeddah, developed by ROSHN Group, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund.
The project is designed as a large mixed-use waterfront destination that integrates residential, commercial, hospitality, and entertainment components within a modern urban environment.

Project Concept

Marafy introduces a unique concept in Saudi Arabia by building the country’s first man-made navigable canal running through the center of a city development.

The canal creates a new waterfront lifestyle in Jeddah, where residential neighborhoods, retail areas, and entertainment districts are built around water, promenades, and green spaces.

Location

The project is located in the northern part of Jeddah, close to Obhur Creek and within minutes from King Abdulaziz International Airport.

This strategic location allows easy access to the city’s major roads and transportation networks.
