📌 What is the New Murabba Project?
New Murabba is a massive, integrated urban development project aiming to create the largest modern downtown in the world, located in northwest Riyadh. The project is overseen by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and directly supported by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, as part of Saudi Vision 2030.

It is situated at the intersection of King Salman Street and King Khalid Street in northwest Riyadh.
The project spans approximately 19 km².
The new urban center is designed to be a fully integrated area for living, working, and entertainment.

Over 104,000 planned residential units offering a variety of housing options.
Designed according to the 15-minute city concept, allowing residents to reach essential services within a 15-minute walk.

Around 9,000 hotel rooms to meet the needs of tourists and residents.
A mix of luxury and mid-range accommodations.
🛍️ Commercial, Office & Entertainment Spaces
Over 980,000 m² of retail space.

🏛️ Main Landmark: The Mukaab
At the heart of the project stands the iconic Mukaab—a massive cube measuring 400 × 400 × 400 meters, making it one of the largest buildings in the world by volume.
The Mukaab combines residential, hospitality, retail, cultural, and entertainment functions into one massive space, featuring an immersive interior experience with advanced digital technologies.
